• Fee – The subscription price payable for access.

• Services – Provision of digital marketing resources through The VMV.

• Days – Calendar days unless otherwise stated.

Subscription & Payment

• Access to The VMV begins once payment is received.

• Subscriptions are personal and non-transferable.

• Due to the instant nature of digital content, you waive your right to a refund under consumer law once you gain access.

• Fees must be paid in full upfront unless otherwise agreed.

Use of Content

• All Content in The VMV is licensed for personal or business use only by the subscriber.

• You may not copy, share, resell, or redistribute Content without written consent from zintique.ai.

• Breach of these terms may result in immediate suspension of access and legal action.

Liability Disclaimer
The VMV provides resources, advice, and templates for educational purposes only.
 

• We make no guarantees of specific results (e.g., sales, profit, or media coverage).

• zintique.ai and The VMV accept no liability for any actions taken, or outcomes arising, from use of our Content.

• You are solely responsible for how you apply the materials in your marketing and business.
   

We do not limit liability for death or injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Intellectual Property

• All Content remains the intellectual property of zintique.ai.

• Members are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Content for their own business or learning.

• Content may not be modified, repackaged, or distributed beyond this licence.

We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. By subscribing, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or cancel access if you breach these Terms.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided.

Complaints
We aim to resolve any issues quickly and fairly. If you’re unhappy with any aspect of our service, please raise it in writing within 14 days of receiving the final work rendered.
We’ll review it promptly and aim to respond with a resolution within 7 working days.

Severance
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the rest remains in full effect.

Waiver
Failure to enforce any part of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.

Transfer of Rights
The Client may not assign or transfer any rights under this Contract to a third party without written permission from The VMV.

Governing Law
These Terms and all Contracts with The VMV and zintqiue.ai are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
